Our Lakeland Engagement Team (LET) is dedicated to supporting our students’ academic and personal growth. The team includes:
- Year 7-8 Program Coordinator
- Year 9 Program Coordinator
- Year 10 Program Coordinator

- Aboriginal and Islander Education Officer
- Psychologist
- Chaplain

Together, the Lakeland Engagement Team collaborates to address the academic, emotional, and social needs of our students, promoting a holistic approach to education. Our Program Coordinators specifically are a point of contact for parents and guardians and oversee programs such as Good Standing Rewards and school-based events. Collectively with other members of our LET team, their unwavering dedication helps every student thrive and succeed, both in and out of the classroom, making Lakeland Senior High School a place where every student can exceed their full potential.
