The Department of Health will be returning to Lakeland SHS in 2025 for the annual School-Based Immunisation Program. The following dates are scheduled:
- Tuesday, March 11th – Year 10 immunisations
- Wednesday, June 25th – Year 7 immunisations
To register your consent or decline, please complete an online form ASAP via the Connect notice sent to parents (or the link below) or ask your student to collect a paper form from the LET block.
